Fast And Furious 11: Vin Diesel gave Universal Studios three conditions, one of which was to reunite Dom and Brian O’Conner.

Fast And Furious 11: Hollywood’s one of the most loved franchises, Fast and Furious, is gearing up for its return with an 11th part, which might come with a few surprises, including a possible appearance from the late Paul Walker’s character, Brian O’Conner. The update came from Fast and Furious star Vin Diesel, which sent waves across the internet, building high anticipation among the fans.
Vin Diesel was seen making a brief appearance at Fuel Fest, a car enthusiast event founded by Walker’s brother Cody. Diesel attended the event along with Fast and Furious co-stars Tyrese Gibson. During this event, the actor revealed Fast and Furious 11 might be released in April 2027, as he stated, “Just yesterday I was with Universal Studios… The studio told me, ‘Vin, can we please have the finale of Fast and Furious in April 2027?’ I said, ‘Under three conditions because I’ve been listening to my fanbase.”
Diesel went on to outline his three conditions for the studio. “First, bring the franchise back to LA. The second is to return to car culture and street racing. And third, to reunite Dom and Brian O’Conner,” the actor added. While it remains unclear what he meant by Brian’s return, considering Paul Walker’s tragic death in a car crash in 2013, the possibility of his character’s comeback has certainly stirred excitement among the fans.
Paul Walker’s death was a devastating blow to fans and the cast of the film, as the actor was killed in a car accident on November 30, 2013, at the age of 40 while he was shooting for Fast and Furious 7. The film’s final scene, where Dom and Brian drive off on separate paths, became one of the most emotional farewells in Hollywood cinema.
The final scene was made possible through CGI and dialogue reconstruction and with the help of Walker’s brothers Cody and Caleb. While there has been no information on how the franchise will make Paul Walker’s character come alive this time, for fans the possibility of one last on-screen reunion between their favourite characters, Dom and Brian, promises an emotional finale.
The previous part of the franchise, Fast and Furious X, was released in May 2023. Alongside Vin Diesel, the film featured Jason Momoa, Alan Ritchson, Michelle Rodriguez, Brie Larson and Rita Moreno.
