Now, Kriti Sanon’s recent reaction to being called ‘Lady Don’ by the paparazzi has further added fuel to the rumours of her casting in Farhan Akhtar’s film.
A video going viral on social media shows the paparazzi clicking Kriti Sanon as she stepped out in Mumbai. She looked stunning in a midnight blue sleeveless dress. As she made her way to the car, the paparazzi kept clicking pictures. One photographer called out, “Kriti ji, Don 3. Lady Don. Rukiye na yaha pe Lady Don,” trying to get her attention. Though she tried to hide it, Kriti couldn’t contain her smile. Without saying a word, she stepped into the car, still smiling brightly. Her reaction has left fans convinced that she might indeed be the new ‘Lady Don’ and is likely part of the Don 3 cast. Check out the video below!
In April, Pinkvilla reported that Kriti Sanon agreed in principle to play the female lead in Don 3 with Ranveer Singh, and was expected to sign the dotted lines soon. A source told the portal, “Farhan Akhtar and the creative team of Excel Entertainment were looking to cast an experienced actress with a screen presence on board Don 3, and Kriti Sanon fits the bill like hand in glove. She has the aura to play Roma on screen, and is excited to sign the dotted lines soon.”
Meanwhile, in May, the actress was spotted outside Farhan Akhtar’s Excel Entertainment office in Mumbai. The sighting sent fans into a frenzy, speculating that Kriti may be roped in as the female lead in Don 3. However, there has been no official confirmation yet.
