
The domestic contract, awarded under standard Railway terms and conditions, is scheduled for execution over FY 2025-26 to FY 2026-27. The company will supply electrical components as part of the order.
Fourth Quarter Results
Hind Rectifiers reported a 95% jump in consolidated net profit to ₹9.99 crore in the March quarter compared to ₹5.11 crore in the year-ago period on higher income.

Total income rose to ₹185.39 crore from ₹151.73 crore in the same quarter a year ago, the company said in an exchange filing. The board also approved a final dividend of ₹2 per equity share for the financial year 2024-25.
Founded in April 1958, Hind Rectifiers Ltd. specialises in the development, design, manufacturing and marketing of power semiconductors, electronic equipment, and railway transportation equipment.
Shares of Hind Rectifiers Ltd ended at ₹1,264.55, up by ₹29.00, or 2.35%, on the BSE.
