Three Indians – Shreyanka Patil, Shikha Pandey and Salonee Dangore – were picked during the Women’s Caribbean Premier League Draft (WCPL) on Monday.
The fourth season of WCPL is scheduled to be held from September 6 to 17 with all matches set to take place at the Guyana National Stadium, Providence.
Two-time defending champion Barbados Royals roped in off-spinner Shreyanka, who has previously played for Guyana Amazon Warriors in the second season.
Trinbago Knight Riders, last season’s runner-up, selected pacer Pandey and leg-spinner Dangore. The former played for the same team in 2024 where she picked four wickets and scored 90 runs.
The tournament will feature six group games before the top two teams compete in the final.
