Ananya Panday shared a picture of herself lounging with River on her social media to wish him on his birthday.

Social media influencer Alanna Panday, along with her husband Ivor McCray, celebrated their son River’s first birthday on June 24. Her cousin, actress Ananya Panday who is quite close to her nephew, took the opportunity to wish the munchkin. She shared a picture of herself lounging with River on her Instagram Stories, and the duo looked adorable together. While Ananya was facing the camera, the child seemed to be sleeping with her arms around him.
In the caption along with the picture, Ananya simply wrote, “Happy birthday to the apple of my eye..Baby river.” Some time back, Ananya shared a video of herself feeding River. In the clip, Ananya attempts to feed her nephew juice from a baby’s sippy cup, but the child instead chews on the sipper, causing her to chuckle. Despite his mischievous antics, Ananya remains dedicated and continues to feed him. She also posted a photo of River happily sipping his juice, captioned “Can I bite him?” and accompanied by multiple crying-laughing emoji.
Earlier this year, Ananya shared a series of images with baby River on Instagram, highlighting their strong bond. In one photo, she carried her nephew in one arm and mimicked his facial expression. The highlight was a heartwarming video of baby River falling asleep while Ananya held him close. Another shot showed Ananya carefully carrying her little nephew, who gazed directly into the camera. In the caption, she wrote, “Missing my little koala baby nephew River.”
On the professional front, she is receiving praise for her performance in the courtroom drama Kesari Chapter 2, starring Akshay Kumar and R Madhavan. The film garnered excellent reviews and did well in the box office. Ananya will soon be featured in the love drama Chand Mera Dil, alongside Lakshya. She will also be seen in Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri with Kartik Aaryan. The duo last appeared together in the 2019 comedy Pati Patni Aur Woh, and this film marks their reunion on-screen. Ananya gained popularity last year with her back-to-back singles Call Me Bae and CTRL.
