A recent report revealed certain deets about JioHotstar’s highly-anticipated reality show, Loventure.

Mr Faisu, aka Faisal Shaikh, who garnered immense praise for his cooking and comedy skills at Celebrity MasterChef season 2, is set to return with yet another show. This time, the actor won’t be joining the reality program as a contestant. Instead, he will host JioHotstar’s upcoming reality show, Loventure, alongside Bigg Boss 13 contestant Shefali Bagga.
JioHotstar is set to bring a new show titled Loventure, which will begin premiering on August 2. The reality program would reportedly be a unique blend of survival as well as dating and relationships, as it came with a tagline “Pati Patni Aur Panga – Jodiyon ka Reality Check”. According to TellyChakkar, popular personalities like Shefali Bagga and Mr Faisu are amongst others, roped in for the upcoming entertainment program.
Bigg Boss 13’s Shefali Bagga, who began her career as a newsreader and journalist at prominent Indian news channels like Aaj Tak and Tez, will co-host Loventure alongside Mr Faisu. A source close to the development revealed to the portal that the makers are planning to club Roadies and Splitsvilla to produce Loventure. Meanwhile, real-life couples will be joining the show as contestants, trying to survive under dire circumstances.
Another insider informed that the shoot has already begun in Himachal, adding, “The show completed the shoot in June, and now it is in the post-production stage.” However, neither the makers nor Mr Faisu or Shefali has confirmed the buzz about the same.
Additionally, another report by Tellychakkar states that Splitsvilla 14 favourites Justin D’Cruz and Sakshi Shrivas are joining the show, leaving their fans completely intrigued. The duo, who met on the sets of the MTV reality show, genuinely found love in each other. Since then, Sakshi, a software engineer turned actress and Justin, a dancer and choreographer, as per their respective professions, have been going strong in their relationship. When tried connecting with them for a confirmation regarding the development of their casting in the show, they didn’t react to the same.
Besides Loventure, a series of many other reality shows are set to hit the OTT platforms and TV screens, including Munawar Faruqui’s survival game show, The Society, on JioHotstar and many others.
Meanwhile, there is also buzz about Mr Faisu joining the list of contestants in Salman Khan hosted Bigg Boss 19, alongside Apoorva Mukhija, Raj Kundra, YouTuber Purav Jha, veteran actress Lataa Saberwal, fitness enthusiast and entrepreneur Krishna Shroff, television actor Dheeraj Dhoopar and Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah fame Munmun Dutta, among others.
