We’re only halfway through 2025, yet the year has already been marked by a series of deeply disturbing and tragic events. From the recent Air India crash in Ahmedabad to the terror attack in Pahalgam, which has heightened India-Pakistan tensions, and the escalating global unrest fueled by the Israel-Iran conflict, the list of crises feels never-ending.
Amid all this, YouTuber Kuldeep Singhania has stirred intense online discussion with a series of viral videos. In one of them, he draws an eerie parallel between 2025 and the year 1941, pointing out that both calendars share the same dates, days of the week, and weekends. Kuldeep suggests that this uncanny similarity might be a reason why 2025 feels so “cursed.”
He reminds viewers that 1941 is known as one of the “bloodiest and most tragic” years of the 20th century. It was marked by World War II, mass killings of civilians, relentless bombings, widespread starvation and horrifying acts of genocide.
Kuldeep then highlights the disasters that have already happened in the first six months of 2025 such as the massive California fires, the stampede at the Maha Kumbh, the deadly terror attack in Pahalgam, the tragic RCB celebration that turned into a stampede, the devastating Air India crash in Ahmedabad and the rising Iran-Israel conflict.
He ends the video with a warning: “This is just the 6 months of the year, another 6 months are still left. We are in a time loop. Year 1941 is repeating itself, but this time in a more dangerous way.”
Kuldeep further delves into how calendar patterns might be linked to historical events. He points out that just as 2019 mirrored 1918—the year the deadly Spanish Flu emerged, COVID-19 also began spreading in 2019. He suggests that these recurring calendar alignments could be more than mere coincidence.
“If this loop can be decoded, then we can see the future and even change it,” he says.
In another video, Kuldeep talks about our calendar system. He says the world should have had 13 months instead of 12. He explains how, in 1582, after October 4, the date jumped directly to October 15. This change was made under Pope Gregory XIII, which led to the Gregorian calendar we use today. Before this, Julius Caesar had introduced the Julian calendar.
Kuldeep also points out how July and August are named after Julius and Augustus Caesar. He questions why September, which means seven, is the ninth month, and why October (which means eight) is the tenth. He then talks about a 13-month calendar where each month has 28 days.
“13 × 28 = 364, which is closer to the moon’s orbit cycle,” he explained.
The YouTuber mentions that Ethiopia still uses a 13-month calendar and is currently in the year 2017. He connects this with the time when people predicted the world would end in 2012. According to him, the world faced the COVID crisis in 2020, and Ethiopia faced it in 2012 according to its calendar.
Kuldeep’s videos are now gaining significant attention online, especially as people reflect on the numerous disasters, conflicts and unusual events that have unfolded in 2025 so far.
